All of our lamps are covered by a ‘no quibble’ returns policy. This means that you have some leeway if you wish to return your lamps.

Warranty, returns & refunds:

All of our lamps are covered by a ‘no quibble’ returns policy. This means that you have some leeway if you wish to return your lamps.

Our projector lamps have a warranty period, which will help you determine whether or not your lamp is eligible to be sent back. The length of the warranties are as follows:

Original- 90-day warranty

VIVID - 2 Year warranty *

Compatible – 120-day warranty

 *Our 2-year VIVID warranty policy started on 01/02/2020. All purchases prior to 01/02/2020 come with a 180-day warranty. Subject to T&Cs.

The warranty period on our remotes and filters is 30 days. If you wish to return your remote or filter before the 30 days is over, please contact us so we can arrange your return.

Returns & Refunds:

All returns will require an RMA number (Returns Authorisation Number). Contact us directly quoting your order number and the reasons why you wish to return the item.

If you wish to return your lamp because it is faulty, please contact us to discuss and arrange a replacement or return. Please contact us if you have any questions.

If your item is not what you wanted/expected or you do not need it anymore, the item must be in its original, un-marked packaging - if the box arrives and we find that it is marked with writing, you will be charged a stocking fee. We aim to process your refund for this item within 1 working day.
